Our Story

London Wellness Clinic was created with a simple purpose:

to offer a grounded, compassionate, evidence-based space for people to understand themselves, heal, and grow.

 

Over years of working in wellbeing and mental health, I saw how many individuals and organisations were struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, and the pressure of modern life. I wanted to create a clinic where therapy felt supportive, practical, and emotionally safe, blending clinical expertise with genuine human warmth.

 

Today, the clinic brings together approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Each person or organisation I work with receives individualised care that meets them exactly where they are.

 

Our hope is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and able to move forward with clarity and confidence whether it's for an individual or support for a team.

 

This is a place rooted in care, understanding, and evidence-based practice.
